Great location at cruise port. Easy to walk to dinner, near train station, well appointed rooms, and comfortable beds. Check in was horrible. We waited in line for almost an hour to get our room. Registration was extremely busy all evening with others waiting most of the day for their room. The room is nice but missing coffee, probably from a rushed clean. My husband's one complaint was he couldn't just sit and enjoy the port from the hotel lobby or pool deck. The view is obstructed by hedges and the lobby patio is closed.

Great location, great hotel
Easy walk to Canada Place ferry terminal hotel even with luggage from last train stop from the airport. Perfect hotel to stay in for embarking on a cruise ship, hotel will valet your luggage to cruise entry point, entry point is under the hotel. Lots to see and do right out hotel door. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel prior to boarding cruise ship!
