Fabulous place, could not fault it
We had the best time during our stay. From the moment we checked in the service was excellent. Perfect example of how to deliver attentive customer care, by front of house, porters, concierge and house keeping. Alisha and Andrew helped us plan our itinerary in great detail and were very patient despite our million and one questions! Every night we enjoyed the turndown service. My husband loved the sweet treats. The room was perfect, a bit of luxury that made you feel so spoilt. The location of the hotel was central for shopping, restaurants and the harbour. We were so impressed with our stay, a bit of extravagance but worth the money. We hope to revisit again.
