Overall just ok
Room was clean and staff very friendly. However, at check-in I was told that they overbooked and only after some rearrangements they were able to honour my prepaid reservation. The location is a bit disappointing, very noisy and not a nice area overall. The Ruby is convenient for breakfast, a bit overpriced, though.

I Love this hotel! The staff are friendly. The restaurant has good food. The pool is great for kids. It's a short, pretty bike ride to central Victoria and the hotel has free bike rentals! Highly recommend.
