Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t spotlessly clean and the bathroom had an odd wet room area for the toilet and shower which smelled like urine. Not sure if this was the drains as it seemed clean enough in there

The only slight negative we would say is that when we went down to the restaurant for the evening meal, we were given the menu but were not told that some of the options were unavailable, we only found this out when we went to order. Then we had to wait a long time for our food. Overall, we would stay again.

Really nice comfortable hotel. The only negative is they don't have their own parking and the multistory next door is a complete rip off by Liverpool local council. £24 per 24hours, i was a day and a half for work and it was £48 for parking almost 25% of the cost of the hotel for the 2 nights.

1 night mid week stay - double room was nice and comfortable. Good air conditioning and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, although the shower didn’t work great, not being able to higher or lower the temperature- so it wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, not a buffet, and not a large continental selection that you typically expect however the breakfast menu (prepared to order) was really nice. As someone with a dairy allergy, there were plenty of breakfast options, and staff at breakfast were really thorough and clear, and provided everything I needed. Service was faultless. Room service options for Vegan / Dairy free were none existent which was a shame as we got in late and wanted food and the vending machine was empty. We would gladly stay again. Really welcoming staff, and good location.
