Staff were over the top excellent and helped with a few issues that we overlooked when booking and made the stay perfect. Liked the valet park as only $5 more and excellent service on it. The rooms are great Whyte ave side can be noisy on weekends til 2AM but we were out late at night ourselves and they provide ear plugs in the room and thats what you get for the convenience of downtown location...we were all good with it as its the weekend. Breakfast buffet is excellent...not a chain cheaper type and fresh and well maintained with good service and fresh fruit,juices and coffee.
