Quaint little hotel, we went during march so it was pretty empty but lovely nonetheless, felt like we had the place to ourselves. It is in a lovely location, just 5 min walk from the busier parts of the old town. the staff is incredibly friendly, air conditioned. call ahead to make sure your room is accessible if you have a disability because some rooms only available through a staircase.

She was professional, attentive, and especially thoughtful in catering to our children’s needs, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Whenever Morelis was off, Jairo Doval stepped in and provided the same exceptional level of service. He was friendly, efficient, and made us feel equally valued and cared for. A special thank you as well to Eduardo, who hosted breakfast each morning with warmth and attention to detail. He made every morning enjoyable and welcoming for our family.
