Let me just say, we stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2026. The front desk did an amazing job despite how busy they were. The valet parking, as well as the bellman were wonderful. There was an issue for valet- we used this service and when we got our vehicle the 2nd day to travel I found documents out of place and on my seat. I did alert the front desk. But had zero follow up. The elevators were broken and only 2/4 were operating. The pool was depressing No sun and no jacuzzi. Ice only on certain floors. Bright side is the staff inside the building was super friendly. Shout out to the cleaning staff- they are the MVP. 5 star service from them
