Check in was a fiasco, I arrived first ( I had booked 2 rooms) I had recieved a text my room was ready, but when I went to check in, I was told no mine was not ready but the other room was ( I book 2 identical rooms) and they kept asking for the ID for the other room, even after I explained that my son was driving up from another state and not here yet. Finially they switched names and let me check in. Once my son arrived, the computer was down and it was chaos, took forever to get checked in. Then when time to relax, the pool was freezing cool, thankfully the hot tub worked. The next morning went to breakfast ( $14) a plate for the buffett which looked like something that would be served at Motel 6 and the pancakes where rock hard, limited selection and the coffee was horrible, now I was not expecting gourmet but if you are going to charge me for breakfast, it should at least be eatable!!! Sheraton has gone downhill with service and amenities but stayed high on pricing. Also they have limited parking so if you dont get there before the crowd you are out of luck ( and yet they charge for that also)

DANGER! CAR STOLEN! GROSS NEGLIGENCE!
While the hotel and shuttle are nice, DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT CAR STOLEN/ VANALIZED!! We had our car STOLEN out of their “secure and PAID” lot while on vacation for a week. The real shin kicker? We landed late at midnight with no way to drive the hour it takes for us to get home. No offer of a room for our trouble or help with police, or help with a rental car. We had no choice but to sit on the couch all night and wait for the cops to show up. No manager on-site for us to call or talk to until 9am. Zero help from the hotel employees, borderline contempt. Essentially, Four Points Sheraton's position was "your problem, not mine, deal with it!!". Of course, their security cameras allegedly didn't work, and they knew nothing, or could care less. Apparently, Grand Theft Auto is business as usual at The Four Points Sheraton because despite our horrifying experience, the Felony committed at the hotel property AND our subsequent police report & investigation, not ONE person from Four Points could bother to reach out, despite our all night police ordeal, $100 Uber ride home, and marathon midnight to 5am lobby nightmare & subsequent complaints. Meanwhile, as we waited all night until 5am, we watched the “security” officer hang inside the entire time, glued to his cellphone and chatting with hotel employees, rather than patrolling or giving a basic care. I mean really, our car was just stolen, at least act like you're working or could give a good godamn! Needless to say,
