Frustrating.
Made two room reservations with friends. Rooms could not have been farther away from each other (1st and 3rd floors). Also made shuttle reservation the night before only to be told only one couple was reserved (even though we checked in together) so my husband got to sit on the shuttle floor since we had the same flight. We had hoped to get a good nights sleep before our early flight. Noticed the smell of weed and a haze forming near the corner of the bed in our room about an hour after check in. Called and said they would take care of it. Said they called and the client said it must have been the previous occupant (which was a lie). It was literally leaking through the wall. Never got resolved so we had to move rooms. Relocated to the first floor and passed the room next to us which had about 8 people in it and they seemed to be having a good time. Realized that we wouldn't be getting a good nights sleep and didn't bother talking to the front desk again.
