Disappointing. This hotel was, and could be top shelf. For what we a paying, it should be. In the past 10 days, we spent 3 nights here. Before I get to the disappointing issues. I want to commend the staff for doing their best to welcome, and comfort this guest. Reception desk clerks, cleaning staff, parking lot security, cooks, (the food and drinks are excellent, especially breakfast!) The on duty manager was truly caring, and wished she could do more to repair our disappointment. Thank you to the staff.
Improvements needed; 1) hot water! We arrived at midnight last night. Long day of airplanes and airports... wanting a hot shower and a clean bed. The first room, shower water was luke warm to cold in just a couple of minutes. Quickly and graciously offered another room four rooms down the hall, same floor (2rd). That shower was warm only for one person and went to cold for the next person. Not happy at 1:30AM! This would be a bit more tolerable at a cheaper hotel. Irritating and insulting for the price we paid! 2) we sorted the towels that had long black hairs, (not ours) to find two towels that did not.... 3) parking lot security, i am sure the hotel is doing the best they can to secure the vehicles parked there. However, with all of the signs and staff assigned to security, i do not feel comfortable parking my vehicle there. I cannot recommend this hotel. And will be looking elsewhere next visit.
