The Sanctuary is a lovely property! Our suite was marvelous. Loved the pool and spa, and Elements dinner was delish. The only knocks were the step down areas in our suite - prefer to not have different levels - the natural stone steps in front of our entry were also potential trip hazards because there was a big gap right in the middle. The hot tub in the women’s spa area was out of commission. But other than those things, we loved everything about the property and our super spacious suite. The bed was SO comfortable, and the robes were plush and cozy. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful views. The room was comfortable. I found the property confusing to navigate. There should be a sign to mark where the lobby is. I wasted time parking, asking at the spa, and going back to my car to figure it out. The restaurant was delicious. The steam room was not hot enough. Staff were lovely.

This is a lovely property with very attentive staff! I do think the property could use some updates. The spa for example could use some updates. Also, given the price I think a turndown service would also have been nice. Overall, nice hotel/ great staff!
