    Pretty good
All in all it was a good stay and the renovations were good, but the beds were super uncomfortable. For the price I feel the comfort should just as good as everything else.

It was great other than the comforter. We had to throw it off the bed and not use it. There was no duvet cover on it. It has a bed sheet wrapped around it. The main comforter was gross and dirty. Not the best thing to have to see at a hotel you spent a lot of money to stay at.

    Good 6.0
It was a very nice hotel, but was very unhappy with the 30.00 a night charge for self parking.

    Would stay here again.
My family and I stayed here for two nights. Both nights were good and I would recommend this hotel to other families. There was a pool and spa for those children who need to let off some steam and for those parents who just need to unwind. Parking was great with no issues.

    Amazing hospitality
I loved the very friendly service I received from start to finish. I was so impressed with how easy checking in and checking out was. I needed to stay in the city until later than the checkout time, the staff took my luggage and stored it until I could pick it up later that day, they helped me so much!

    Loud music all weekend
We stayed on the 8th floor. On the fourth floor is a patio area that we could see below. The first night there was music blaring from that area and we had to be up very early the next day for a convention but since it was a Friday night we left it alone. Saturday night we got back around midnight and I was trying to get my kids asleep and that music was still going very loudly. I looked out the window and there was no one out there so I called the hotel and they told me the music was supposed to be off by 11 PM and they would fix it. By 1 AM the music was still going. The next morning I woke my kids up for day 2 of the convention at 6 AM and the music was still so LOUD! I again called the hotel and a new person said the music should not turn on until a specific time and she would figure it out and fix it. I turned on the tv in the hotel to drown the base from the music and by 6:30 AM the music was louder and I could hear it over the sound of my TV. Again no one was out on the patio so there was no need for the music at those times and both times I was told it would be handled and was not.

    Great hotel
It was a smooth trip, from check in to check out. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only gripe is that we have to pay for parking. It was a good trip all around. I would stay there in my next trip to Phoenix.

    We'll pick the Sheraton again.
We came to see the Dodgers vs Giants Spring training game. Our hotel was really nice. The food and service was great. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Next time we're in Phoenix we'll stay at this hotel.
