Up Up and away. Wasting $$$$ here
Billed x 4 valet. It’s was a two night stay. No clean room just towel exchange the second day. Thought there were bed bugs but thats normal and the hotel has anti itch cream. Sand fleas, mosquitoes whatever! NOT AT ALL WHAT I HAD IN MIND. SERVICE STAFF WAS GREAT. HOUSEKEEPING EPIC FAIL. I was reimbursed $100, but it didn’t make me feel as if I had a balls out weekend.

Great stay!
Overall, we had a great experience staying at the resort for the weekend. The only downfall was there were an alarming amount of children at the pool each day. It would’ve been nice for one of the pools to be an adult only pool.

Very Good8.0
My wife and I have kind of become "vacation snobs", meaning if we are going to spend the time and money we want to spend the money to have an awesome trip. I'd give this one a B+. Here's why: -Pro's - this is a very nostalgic place with rich history, I believe it was built in the 1930's. Lots of pictures of old presidents, etc. staying there, the grounds are expansive and beautiful, and lots of unique building structures. There are a couple of pools that are very nice. The rooms are fairly well updated with decent space. The main courtyard is awesome, there is a open lawn where you can see mountain peak, and lots of chairs and firepits to relax. It is a 5 minute drive to some good novice hiking as well as some shopping centers and good restaurants in the Phoenix suburbs. The service is top notch. -Con's - because it is a very old hotel, the layout is pretty odd. The parking lot is in the corner of the lot and you will have a long walk to the room. They will gouge you with $16 daily parking fees, which is common in urban areas with limited space but I think is a joke at this site. It is kindof a crapshoot what type of room you will get - the first room we had (but changed) overlooked a noisy rear service entrance and an unpleasant wall of a neighboring property. The Biltmore hosts a TON of corporate events, weddings, etc. on their grounds so you may have a room in close proximity to a lot of noise.

Beautiful Resort But Not Perfect
Place was great. Very nice and very comfortable. We picked to stay in a villa suite because of the kitchen. With two kids it’s a must have. The kitchen was a little disappointing as it had no pans nor ditnhave any utensils. We had to call guest dining to have some brought. They did provide us with a couple of pans and some utensils. The pans looked like something they got from the discard bin. One of them looked like the metal had melted. It was severely warped. Also, there were no dish towels or even paper towels. This however did not mar our vacation. We still had a great time.
