Location was ideally located from airport and Walking Stick Arena for an Adele concert. We walked to and from the concert.

Not Comfortable but Staff Friendly.
The room was older but it was nice for what it was. The wood floors creeked anytime you walked on them. There was knocking and yelling outside our door between midnight at 2AM. It sounded like maintanance was working to get someone's door open, but when I asked the staff they didn't know anything. So I didn't sleep between those times and was slightly worried these people were going to try and get in our room until I hard some guy talk about getting a screwdriver and opening the door. Thought it was maintenance then so I wasn't worried. But it was loud, annoying, and I couldn't sleep. Plus the bed was not very comfortable, and was the smallest queen ever. On a side note, the staff was really nice and very helpful.

Avoid at all costs!
I do not recommend that anyone stay here. First of all, the wifi never worked and I paid extra money to use my hotspot from my phone. The ice machine did not work. When the front desk was told, I was told it "ran out", that I was wrong to think it was broken, and ask the restaurant to give me ice. They were not friendly about it. The elevator did not work and I had to bring a stroller with my toddler in it down three flights of stairs to even leave. Front desk implied I was wrong then and that the elevator worked when it clearly did not. Valet charges 20 dollars which is by far the most ridiculous thing save the fact that the wifi was a joke as already mentioned. The television had spotty volume with channels. Speaking of spotty this is not the place to take showers either because the temperature varies from lukewarm to third degree burn temperatures. Thank goodness I didn't give my child a bath. The only good thing about this hotel was housekeeping. They did their best to clean the room. As for everything else - you get what you pay for. I know next time I will be checking into the Hilton across the street!

Hidden Gem
What a neat gem of a hotel. The desk service is hit or miss but when I was being difficult they were kind. Rooms are large, showers great size, the rest of the bathroom is a tight fit but plenty of mirrors around the room to get you ready. Great towels as well, nice and big. The central air was nice and cold for a hot summer. The walls are paper thin, we had an issue with a cruel person yelling and threatening their child but security came up quickly and was discrete. They took care of it all very fast we were thankful. All in all it is worth the experience! Just expect it to be a little funny since the walls are so thin, but so worth it.
