I booked this hotel at the last minute after another place in Verona refused to let me in after 7pm even though I advised them in advance of my 10pm arrival. There is a lot to be said for sticking with places with 24/7 front desk service. The man on duty helped me connect with the internet when this did not happen automatically. The location was convenient, between the train station and the forum. The room was spacious and cheerful. My only complaints were 1) the number of electronic beams, one of which flashed intermittently in the dark; and 2) the 10am rather than 11am check-out time. Overall, this hotel was good value, and I would return.

The staff is very kind and supportive, however the hotel is very very old. A/C can’t be managed from the room itself, the water has low pressure and the handles are hard to use as well in the shower. The Tv is a nice size but doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi , and the noise from the street is heard well is you sleep with windows open to get cold. However, it was satisfactory for one night and the breakfast was good, as well as the entire staff

this is a modern well situated hotel with very good facilities in terms of breakfast area and quality of the rooms. The rooms were very well decorated with some excellent electronic features which allowed opening and closing of blinds and selection of lighting. The bathroom was a good size an stylish.

We booked a juniorsuite with extra bed in a separate building building located next to the hotel. It is part of the hotel you feel free This is like a small appartment with all comfort you need to have a relaxing stay : large bedroom - perfect bathroom - own kitchenette . Breakfast is served in the hotel itself and is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This place deserves a 10

This hotel was everything we wanted! The location was perfect (roughly 10min walk from the station and then 10 min walk to the arena area). The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable with a nice shower. A variety of breakfast food was available at the buffet with no waiting around and plenty of seating. When I visit Verona again I will definitely be booking this hotel.
