A beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. The food and service though fail to meet expectations . Service was inconsistent. Too many times feeling processed as opposed to cared for and looked after at the Four Seasons was a let down. The food also was better at the pool than at the branded restaurants. The brunch buffet was outstanding but other meals were mediocre at best.

Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Everything about this property was phenomenal. From start to finish the best service in the industry! The rooms were immaculate and maintained multiple times a day from housekeeping to turn down service. The beach and pools were all incredible and comfortable for everyone. The staff from when we arrived up until the time we departed were first class! If I ever make it back to Oahu, this is where you will find me.
