Our experience at the Drey Hotel was excellent! Attentive staff (everyone!). Erwin Latief, Drey hotel manager, delivers world class customer service to the hotel guests. We felt welcomed, valued and cared for. Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location! Amazing restaurants on the property. Everything is well thought out. Clean, peaceful. You would love staying at this property!

Lovely hotel from the first point of contact with the valet (Jonathan) and bellman (Lance). The front desk was welcoming and helpful and the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and comfortable! I also liked the reusable glass water bottle in the room and coffee bar in the hall.

Was billed twice for same room
I pre-paid for the room as a gift for a birthday couple. The room was very nice, they even received a bottle of complementary champagne with a Happy Birthday note. But when I went to check my bank accounts, I saw I was charged $234 on April 17th for the Executive room when I pre-paid by PayPal. Then I was charged again on May 3rd, the night of check in for $311by debit card. I called the hotel and they did say they would take the price of the hotel off, but it would take several days. Someone wasn't paying attention to their job. If I hadn't caught it, I could have paid nearly $600 for a one night stay!

Awesome hotel.
I found this hotel on Hotels.com and what a find it was. This hotel is in a really interesting area where it is surrounded by a "village" so to speak where people live in condos and apartments. But the village has restaurants, a "country club" (not the kind you think of but has a pool), a great fitness center and more. it is close to good restaurants and shopping. And the greatest thing was that the staff was amazing, which is something I rarely say nowadays as customer service isn't what it used to be. But Drey has it down!
