The hotel is just amazing - the food, the room, the amenities, the customer service and the location. This was my second time staying here because I loved everything so much the first time. Location is great right beside the Blackcomb gondola so great for getting to the alpine hikes and peak to peak gondola. Love that it is away from the village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again, don’t have a bad word to say about it!

My wife and I were celebrating or 50th anniversary and we were extremely happy and appreciative of our whole Whistler Fairmont Chateau experience. Staff at all levels( check-in,room service,custodial and restaurant wait staff) were very courteous, helpful and personable. We were particularly appreciative when the hotel front desk staff assured us we would not be charged for a day early check out due to my wife experiencing a sudden illness requiring medical attention. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at this excellent hotel.
