Everything was nice, stayed nearly 10 days, housekeeping and front office employees very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the breakfast, you got a good variety food, but the hot food was most of the time cold. Otherwise highly recommend this property

Trip Inn Nordwestzentrum
I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it clean and good value for money. It is in the middle of the brilliant Nordwestzentrum shopping centre and directly over a fantastic swimming pool complex. Getting into Frankfurt centrum is very easy and quick by public transport or taxi.

Service at breakfast unfriendly and breakfast is a low key breakfast.
Definitely needs improvement, not worth the money. Property is convenient, however be prepared to hear the noise from all the area around you. Balcony is useless droppings from above are expected due to structure of gutter made.
TV is small but room was clean-
Stayed at other locations and hotels during my trip and unfortunately this experience at TripInn hotel was the saddest part-
I was happy to see my sister and ate breakfasts with healthy fresh foods and crispy rolls, and friendly family service.
Would not choose the hotel again:(

Where to start? We stayed at this property 10 years ago. It seemed fine then but has declined since. First off there was construction in the facility where the hotel is located making it difficult to find the entrance using GPS. There should have been signage to direct our cab driver to access point or a note to us to describe how to find it. When I asked the front desk person about it, he shrugged and said nothing could be done. Also:
- no hotel recycling
- no washcloths in the bathroom (may be Euro thing)
- office computer not linked to a printer so useless for boarding passes, etc.
- no fitness center
- no dual language instructions
- front desk staff limited and often distracted

Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und bei Fragen am Empfang wurde weitergeholfen.
Ein Hallenbad ist auch gleich daneben.
Das Einkaufszentrum (NWZ) ist gleich daneben mit U-Bahnanschluss und Bussen.
