I did not get the room I had originally booked. Had to ask for a couple of times to get an ironing table and iron. The iron did not work properly. Pretty small cupboards. Had to be creative to find ways to hang up all my clothes. WiFi was very choppy.

Slowest check-in Ever
Very expensive food, no complimentary bottled water, only very expensive glass bottles at the bar. No USB charging availability in rooms. Check in was painfully slow. Only one person ahead of me and I waited 25 minutes. My German cousin is correct, “Germany is a ‘service desert,’ no one cares.” Rooms were clean. Nothing convenient in the neighborhood.

Modern, clean and efficient. No disappointments.
I had a LONG layover - but wanted to be closer to the center of Frankfurt to be closer to restaurants and shopping. It definitely *IS* a great hotel closer to all that Frankfurt has to offer, but the local neighborhood is definitely not a walking neighborhood - and not particularly near anything like a restaurant or shops. But that's really not a detriment because the hotel itself has a great restaurant. The hotel is modern, clean and well run. Check in and check out were fast, friendly and efficient. Even the little shampoos and body wash were high quality. If there was one thing I would call out for improvement is the TV. I don't spend a lot of time watching, but when I travel from the US and I'm still not on German-time yet, sometimes I'm sleepless during the night - and the channel line-up was very skimpy and several channels not working. But who checks into a hotel for the TV? No one, that's who. lol

Excellent hotel
Spent one night on a forced layover between flights. Excellent "BUSINESS SELECT" room with spacious bathroom and a Nespresso machine. Outstanding breakfast buffet with many appealing dishes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Business trip to Frankfurt
The only thing complaining about was the breakfast, too expensive and too spread out, people were running around not finding what they liked to eat so easy.
