Lovely room and comfortable bed. Room service was punctual. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
Never hurts to get an upgrade! Great location, great breakfast in morning and the staff was also on their toes! real convenient to Ubahn and downtown shopping area.
Decently maintained hotel in safe commercial area. Room a bit small but some nice amenities-free bottled water and beer in room refrigerator. Staff pleasant and try to be helpful with concierge functions but often slow and seemed untrained or new in position, many aren't too fluent in English. Service poor on Sunday but much better and other days. Breakfasts were solid by German hotel standards.
Very good location for visiting Frankfurt. Close to the UBahn and old city (Alt Stadt). The staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable.
The first room #844 no air condition and fridge was not working (for medicine)...next day change to room #836 had a toxic bad odor coming from air conditioner!!!
