The Queen Mary, Long Beach
Once was enough.
Feeling transported back in history was amazing but would not stay overnight on the Queen Mary again. Would return for tours but stay at nicer hotel accommodations. There are NO amenities. No in room coffee. No information on local attractions or menus for on board restaurants. No other food or beverage within walking distance. Walls very thin. Loud TV next door the entire time we were in our room night or day. Roll away beds in terrible sagging condition. Bathroom floor uneven to the point of being a safety issue. Appeared to have been laid directly over a pipe below the floor which created a huge hump. Check in process ridiculously slow and understaffed. Long Beach public transportation was great. Overall it was an "experience" and glad that we stayed there...once.

Best Experience EVER!
Amazing experience! I highly recommend! The atmosphere and the 1800s look takes you back to that era. The views at night and day are breathtaking. The staff is also amazing, great customer service. So much history in this ship, you must see it all, you will surely fall in love with every detail of it. I will surely be coming back again. Also, NO ITS NOT HAUNTED. They do have tours of the ghosts of the Queen Mary but its not real. There is some noises like the plumbing and the neighbors but you hardly hear it. We surely had a good night sleep. Book this place! I promise you won't regret it.

Fun opportunity to stay on a ship built in the 30s
Unique hotel on a ship. It was cold the night we stayed and the heat never worked, even after we reported it to the front desk.

Go for one night.
For the history behind the ship it’s in ok shape. I’m sure they try and keep it as original as possible. Some minor adjustments in the bathroom specifically would be great.
