Our room was spotless and the daily service was much appreciated. The location was great and our room was really spacious. I did not care for the bed or pillows which were not firm at all. Lots of motion transfer when my spouse moved in their sleep. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. The room was a little noisy (vehicles) but ear plugs were provided, no one in our room had to use them. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

We pulled up to have our car valet, and the gentleman was very sweet. Check-in was very easy. Once we got up to our room, we realized we left something in the trunk that we needed for the evening and the hotel was more than happy to grab it out of the trunk for us and meet us in the lobby. The hotel is a quick 4 to 5 minute walk down to the wharf. A lot of convenient bars, restaurants to entertainment in the area.

They were excellent all the way around. We arrived at 3:40 to the 4:00 check in and they served us immediately. I let the gentleman at the front desk know that we were celebrating my husbands 74th birthday that day and he said he would send a bottle of wine. Instead we received a goodie basket with wine glasses cookies and candy. It was amazing. The coffee was also excellent

This is an excellent choice for San Francisco, just be aware the city itself isn’t quite what it used to be. Facilities are excellent, free tea and coffee in the mornings, free water refill stations on every floor with flavour and sparkling options! I loved this as someone who drinks tons of water not having to buy multiple bottles. Rooms are very comfortable decent size fridge and comfortable beds. Only critique is rooms are noisy you can hear people walking about above, and next door. This is obviously more a structural issue than anything else but I would stay there again. No resort fees which they should be praised for!!

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the greatest experience with the staff. There was a power outage at the hotel and we had no power for over an hour - the keycards weren’t working for the doors so we had no way to even access our room. The hotel staff told us he was busy and could not assist us in getting back into our room. There were several other times the hotel staff were oddly annoyed to be helping us and we just felt dismissed. The hotel is in a pretty good location, although a little touristy.
