8/10 Very good

Beautiful lobby, great location within walking of Capital ibuilding and park, fine dining. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Our room was s bit “long in the tooth”, particularly the bathroom and the extremely noisy air conditioning that made sleeping difficult. Room could use some updating, though it was clean.

The hotel was very central and our room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and had dinner in the restaurant twice which was great value for money and the food was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic welcome and service from the front-of-house team. Couldn't have asked for more. However whilst the service in the bar was okay, it was just okay, which is a little disappointing

6/10 Good

We stayed at this property early in our trip and loved it. Upon returning to Sacramento we elected to re-book at the same hotel and pay more money because we specifically liked the outdoor fireplaces and lounge area. That was our plan to use that space for a casual evening our last night. We were surprised and upset that we couldn't actually use that amenity or space the final night because they were hosting a private conference event in that fireplace lounge. We would have appreciated another option or partial refund for lack of access to an amenity we specifically booked the hotel for.

Very helpful and lovely front desk, room was very clean and spacious - location is within reasonable walking distance to the old town and right next to the State Capitol building.

Good service and clean room but looking for parking is a big trouble, the hotel should do some way for parking location so that Customer can easier to look for it.
