This is a clean and lovely hotel with spacious, quiet, comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was not the best but it was pretty good. My only (small) complaint is that they charged an extra fee for use of the gym. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Waseda), but they run a shuttle every half hour to Takadanobaba station.

A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station is very do-able and they have a regular shuttle bus to the metro station which is convenient. Staff is very good, cleanliness was outstanding and property is beautiful. Breakfasts were a great spread. I highly recommend a stay here without a doubt.
