For us this property was perfect. It’s a short taxi boat ride from tonsai pier which will run you 100 baht. Beautiful beach which was great for snorkeling. Easy to get on a tour if you’d like or do a hike into the main town. Great staff, very friendly. The beds are a bit hard and the bathroom shower did get water all over the floor but this hotel was worth the money for us. The location and beauty is phenomenal. Located in the middle of paradise. Huge free breakfast with so many options. Nothing better than waking up and having the view of the phi phi islands that this resort has to offer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, however hotel needs some tlc!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location on long beach was beautiful and peaceful. However, the rooms were very worn and need updating, and were incredibly dark to the point where we could not see sufficiently when attempting to get ready in the evenings. We had to run the shower in the bathroom for 20mins in order to get any hot water, and when it did come through it would go from scalding hot to cold consistently.

Old hotel, needs a renovation. Staff so friendly

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty old and especially the bathroom needs a renovation. We had bugs coming out of the drain. The aircon is also too old and needs a replacement, it takes forever for the room to become comfortable. The cleaning could be a bit better, especially sweeping the floors. Breakfast is very so-so, nothing special. The beach is superb and just by the hotel, water and sand is excellent, best thing about our stay,

The location is amazing, view from room amazing best location on island, breakfast is very good, but the room very basic, no bedside lamp, no towel rails no seat to sit on inside and cleaning needs to be improved, not sound proof.

Stranden er bra ikke hotellet

Som flere skriver, fant de ikke vår bestilling. Etter litt tid fikk vi likevel rom. Vi skulle ha med lite basseng. Det var nesten tomt og måtte bli renset og fylt opp. Første dagen ble brukt til det. Rommet/ bungalowen var ikke veldig ren, lag med støv på vegger og bord. Vinduer møkkete. Badet veldig slitt men bra trykk i dusjen. Ekstra seng var en madrass på gulvet, men mykere enn hovedsengen. Kjøleskap ble ikke helt kaldt. Aircondition virket bra. Bassengområdet og basseng er helt utdatert, ikke solsenger og absolutt ikke til å bruke. Det er ikke noe å kjøpe på hotellet, helt dødt. I prøvde ikke restauranten på kvelden da så dødt ut. Heller ikke lunsj. Få steder rundt du får kjøpt mat og drikke. Frokosten er faktisk helt ok. Greit utvalg og god på smak, Vi leste på Google om et eldre europeisk ektepar som går rundt og passer på. Her må vi si oss enige. Du har en følelse av at de følger med på alt du gjør og de blander seg gjerne i hva som skjer. De oppleves faktisk ganske så forstyrrende. Beliggenhet: noe av det beste. Fantastisk strand og vann. Her svømmer du i fisk og sanden er nydelig. Det gjorde at vårt opphold var supert. Det er kun stranden som drar opp her. Kort vei inn med longtail båt, så det at ligger utenfor byen går helt fint.

You can only get to the hotel via taxi boat, which is 100 baht per person each way. The rooms really need to be upgraded, the windows had Kleenex in them to “insulate” them. No insulation between rooms, could hear everything… the beach was beautiful and looked on to other islands.

The location was excellent! The rooms were tired and need to be revamped. The Bathroom was full of flying bugs and the shower definitely needs to be improved and cleaned much better. The Main door to the villa was not safe and very flimsy. Not much space for a couple and their 13 year son to put clothes out for easy access. We enjoyed our stay but the Hotel could improove a little to make it much much better.

Too Expensive!

Stayed 4 Nights in November 2022. The Accomodation Was dissapointing and Way too expensive compared to What you get. We payed 118 Us dollar for 2 adults and a child 1,5 year Per Night. The place should have cost the half. The place is dirty and toilet facilitets discusting. Breakfeast a bit borring and you could not buy anything to eat or drink. Perfect location Right on the Beach and a Big tree to provide shaddow which is the only positive thing to mention.

El personal es muy grosero, nada atentos, no te atienden hasta acabarse su cigarrillo, rentan los camastros a otras personas externas al hotel y al querer utilizar uno como huésped del hotel no hay disponibles y la comida del del desayuno súper mala. La ubicación está muy bonita.

Resort på stranden

Perfekt läge på stranden tyvärr förtog allt oväsen från båtarna en del. Ca 2 km att gå in till stan med alla restauranger. Stenhårda sängar och oväsen från ac. Bra frukost och bra med solstolar vid strand o pool.

Worth it for the beach access?

I'm not the type to complain to a hotel or leave a review but in this case I had to. You can't beat the location, right on the beach, but I wish I had considered other accommodation options. For the price, I expected more. When we arrived we were informed that our room had been upgraded to a suite only to find that the double bed we required was simply two uneven and hard twin beds pushed together. When we complained about this they simply added an additional comforter for padding. Additionally, there was a large puddle in front of the bathroom sink when the receptionist showed us to our room. When I brought it to her attention, she simply suggested that the sink was leaking (obviously!) and left us there with a partially flooded bathroom. The least she could have done is sent someone to clean it up. A bit of comic relief was when a large monkey snuck into our room through the open balcony door. My own fault but once the monkey finally left we got a good laugh out of how ridiculous our situation was. This all aside we enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to the beach but I will not be staying here when I return.

青い海と居心地のいい部屋

ホテルの目の前には、真っ青な海が広がり日々表情に変化が現れる。ビーチ沿いの散歩が日々の日課であった。スタッフはフレンドリーで、私たちがお願いした要望に応えようと努力してくれる。ロケーションはロングビーチのため、往路はトンサイベイから自分自身でボートで向かう必要があるが（私の乗ったときは２人で３００バーツ）復路は、ホテルの決めたスケジュールなら無料でトンサイベイまでボートを出してもらえる。一日に３便ある。このホテルのレストランのみならず、他のホテルのレストランを合わせると、ロングビーチに計５～６軒のレストランがあり、また小さなバーも営業していて、それなりにおいしい食事をとることができる。おすすめのホテルだ。

Hôtel très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel en février 2018. Chambres très spacieuses, très propres et très confortables. Personnel agréable et disponible pour sa clientèle. Petit déjeuner en buffet copieux. Service de taxis boat gratuit pour les transferts entre le port de Tonsaï et l’hôtel à l’arrivée et au départ.

Traumhafter Strand, geschmackvolle Zimmer

Direkt am wunderschönen long beach gelegen, traumhafter Strand allerdings einwenig ausserhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer (die neueren) sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir hatten eines mit privatpool auf der Terrasse... Es gibt nichts schöneres als dort den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.. Das Wasser im Pool wurde täglich gewechselt..Die Zimmer wurden ebenfalls täglich gereinigt. Wifi hat super und überall funktioniert... Punktabzuge gabs für: - nicht so gutes Frühstück, nachfüllen des Buffets hat manchmal etwas gedauert, jeden Tag das selbe essen... Es war nicht grauenhaft, man wurde satt, aber für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet - Einige Monturen im Bad waren etwas wackelig. Auch hier keine grosse Sache, aber bei einem Hotel der höheren Preisklasse nicht angemessen - Die Hotelmangerin (oder soetwas in der Art, ich weiß nicht genau wer die Frau war ) lief ständig auf dem Gelände rum und kontrollierte die Mitarbeiter. In ihrer Anwesenheit fühlten sich nicht nur die Mitarbeiter gestresst sondern auch ich als Gast, da ihr Gesichtsausdruck schlechte Laune verbreitete... - Entfernung zum Stadtzemtrum der Insel. Nur durch den Dschungel oder mit dem taxi boot zu erreichen, welches etwas teuer wird. Um das Hotel herum gibts leider nur uberteuerte Resorts restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Aber das ist wohl der Preis den man zahlt um am Long beach zu wohnen ;)

Terrible hotel

I arrived to a broken pool,safe and no power in room. The manager said alot of promises and none were kept not even a cup of rice to make up for all the problems. Screaming kids next door and staff overwhelmed at dinner. There was 1 waiter for 20 tables on Valentines day. Many guests upset and right to be. I ate next door at paradise resort. Staff so friendly there. THe staff at long beach resort made no effort to book any ferrys or even assist other to say its on internet. The wifi was so slow i could not even get a email out. I booked that at paradise also. The pool is ancient and dirty. They have good view but I saw so many unwashed dishes laying around. The breakfast chef had a long line because he only had one tiny skillet size of desert plate. Just terrible experience there all around. Worst hotel in phi phi dont go there go next door. They dont clean your room either when your staying there.

Nedgånget och smutsigt!

Blev väldigt besvikna, fanns mögel i badrummet och det var lappat och lagat lite halvdant överallt. Fanns mycket gammal smuts längst kanter och hörn. Väldigt dyrt och dåligt utbud på restaurangen och frukosten. Rekommenderar inte detta!
