Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast at checking in and gave good information. We left early in the morning before breakfast, so the gentleman in the reception kindly offered us and the kids drinks and snacks. Best hotel we have been to

There was two lamps that did not work in my room and the floor was poorly cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and the bathroom floor was sticky. The room was otherwise nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and the evening meal was taco since it was Friday. Friday equals taco night in Norway :-D

Few surprises on arrival (like no cleaning)

I got surprised after arrival that rooms are not cleaned / attended unless you specifically requested by certain time the next day. When I asked for new towels at least - I had to pick them up from reception the following evening anyhow. My shampoo and conditioneir in shower not replaced even asked for (they were on list - as they told me - they just never got to it). And when you add this little things together - even spacious rooms etc. - I would think twice to return here to be honest.

Acogedor y con detalles y tiene un museo pequeño

Me encantó el hotel, tenía sus cosas como muchos pero el personal que trabaja ahí son todos encantadores. La cama súper cómoda, al estilo noruego dos edredones 😳 uno para cada uno. Limpieza hay que avisar cuando quieres que te limpien. El desayuno muy bueno, la cena estupenda. Cerca del estación del tren y a 10 minutos andando al ferry. Si volvemos a Noruega me alojaré en este hotel de nuevo.

Bodde på rom som var tillatt for hund

Bodde på rom hvor det var tillatt med hund. Dette rommet var utrolig slitt. Fæle og slitte møbler, alt så ut som det var fra sent 90-tall. Ganmelt teppegulv, som riktignok så rent ut. Badet var rent, men ikke pent. Ikke lys i dusjen. Det positive var at senga var ny og veldig god. Veldig hyggelig personale! Helt ok frokost. Middagen fristet ikke noen av dagene, så den spiste vi ikke. Vi betalte over 8000 for to netter, så standarden stod absolutt ikke til prisen, dessverre.
