Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel and very enjoyable stay. The only issue I had was the bar code to scan for a tip to valets and it says they get 💯 but when you proceed to put in your card, it charges a service fee! On top of a $59/ night parking fee!! I certainly don’t mind leaving a tip that goes 💯 to the valets but I would rather just give them a cash tip so I don’t have to pay a ridiculous service charge on top of a very expensive daily parking charge.

Don’t do it!
My husband and I stayed here for a little romantic getaway. The hotel building itself was extremely loud all night, weird noises. We realized later in the evening that day after checking out that we had left our toiletry bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It had all of my makeup and face care products in it. My husband called up there and after some run around was told nothing was found and hung up on. We decided to drive back to the hotel to check. The front desk seemed apprehensive to assist at all. Luckily, a security guy was standing there and offered to help me! We went up to the room to check and talked to a few housekeeping ladies. He called and talked to the housekeeping manager who was very rude to him! The security guy was so sweet and felt terrible that it had happened. So either it got thrown away or stolen, either is not okay with this level of hotel. I would never stay here again and we will be telling anyone who asks for a recommendation, not to stay either!
