We enjoyed our 4-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Rosemead. Overall, the experience was very positive, with friendly service and a comfortable stay. The only area that could be improved was the housekeeping process. Daily room service was provided only upon guest request rather than by default, which was a bit unusual. As a result, I had to request room cleaning each day during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning could have performed better. Despite setting the temperature to 68°F, the room did not cool adequately and remained warmer than expected. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, while hoping these areas can be enhanced for future guests.
