Our experience here at property was amazing. You were able to walk to downtown or grab the trolley to different parts of Gatlinburg without ever moving your car. The amenities at the hotel were great and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to visit the area and would like to stay where the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Not to mention it’s peaceful yet close to all the attractions. Enjoy!!!!

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was great, breakfast was good , commissary was stocked and reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit off the main drag and can be a little hard to see, I did miss it once. This is the only hotel I have ever been charged for parking than wasnt valet parking. Not sure if all the Hotels in Gatlinburg charge for parking but $45.00 to park for 3 days is a bit much for seniors like us. I will definitely look closer at that next time. That would be a deal breaker. Hotel is nice and quite, which is more than I can say for some of the others we stayed at this trip.
