The customer service was outstanding! From check in to room service they went above and beyond. Room was great condition and spacious. Both self and valet parking easy. Location 10 minutes from airport and the Coconut Grove shopping area has a market and good food choices. The hotel is 1.5 miles from Sleeping Giant trail which was a challenge but worth it. Overall we had a great time. Highly recommend this property!!

Such an excellent hotel! Love the old Hawaiiana vibe—the great Lava Lava restaurant right next door, and of course, the ocean. It became one of our favorite beaches for swimming and having fun just bouncing in the waves. Morning yoga was awesome too. Great central location too—easy to get anywhere on the island. Only one smaller hot tub that was full constantly so we never made it in and with pretty bad weather that would have been nice. Need to have more to do around the hotel grounds, like horse shoes, volleyball, something when the water is too rough to get in. The staff were great. Good overall stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
