Hotel is in the best possible central location. Friendly staff and were willing to . Accommodate vegetarians. Shower experience was bad and the hotel was unable to fix it.

Go to the rooftop pool as soon as they open and take the best pictures ever! Now, awesome hotel awesome breakfast awesome amenities. But if you value your sleep, you may want to get an interior room. I had a balcony room and people were celebrating all night outside, and I could hear everything. Still an awesome hotel.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is on the historic side, so rooms are a bit small and have a musty smell. Other than that they were comfortable. And hotel situated right next to the main plaza, so you can enjoy the scenery from the balcony or the pool on the roof.

8/10 Very good

We had arrived earlier than our check in time as our flight was in the am. But the staff member was helpful and provided us with space to leave our luggage and also change into something comfortable as it was very hot and humid. Room was very clean. The breakfast was really good. But the place near the hotel was very very crowded near the plaza. Right in evening, during the day of Colombia match, one guy approached me. I thought he was planning to sell something. Instead he snatched the chain from my neck and ran away. It was quite a shocking experience for me. That guy first took two three steps walking but then took off and was never caught. We have to extra careful in such places. The hotel staff was helpful and tried to get the help of the police. But everything happened so quickly it was not possible for me to identify the person. Overall good hotel and helpful staff.
