"We went here for the 4th or 5th time. I can’t remember at this point, but it is always the most relaxing, professional, clean, friendly resort. This is a staple in our vacation options. Ruby was the best butler( still hate saying that word) We had her before a few years ago and told management and they actually went and found her to service us for our honeymoon. Ten stars!!!!!They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special. It literally gets better every time we go."

"The experience was truly amazing and one to remember for all times. The beach the ocean the views the room and food were all exceptional. However, the best part about our stay were the people. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and how hard they are working. Early in the morning before most people wake up they making every preparation to ensure guests have the most enjoyable experience. I saw how hard they work and it made me appreciate my time there even more with the person I love. From Carlos, Victor, Pita and Ricardo sweating on the beach every day to ensure we have a great time. Alfredo, Anna Pau, Karina in reception were so very helpful and always willing to assist me in making my wife’s birthday surprises amazing. Our favorite restaraunt Dommo and the staff Efrain and team were exceptional in helping us enjoy breakfast and birthday celebrations with smiles and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all again next year! "

"AWESOME experience! I am definitely coming back. I enjoyed the relaxed environment. The staff & service was exceptional. Their menu offers many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everyone has a different palate so you might not like everything. We tried different options and stuck to what we liked. The hotel's beach access is very small, not very appreciative but the hotels amenities, staff, and service makes up for it. I recommend to visit playa norte to enjoy the beach, it is beautiful but busy! You have the option to take a taxi or rent a golf cart to get to the beach. Regardless, of their small beach access I would come back for it's tranquil and relaxed vibe."

"We loved out visit, room was spectacular and the staff took care of us as soon as we walked into the lobby. Loved it. The only thing that would have made things a little better would be to have a DJ or something similar play after the events each night to allow people to hang out a little later than 10:30pm. "
