"The only issue I would say is welcome pick ups the service but it's not really part of the hotel they just have it as a recommendation Hi welcome pickup before with no problems this time the driver refused to drive us to the hotel because we had one extra bag that would have actually fit in his vehicle. Ended up having to take a taxi and pay additional money and welcome pick ups had charged me for that transport. The driver that was sent put in his notes that he arrived at the airport and waited 1 hour and did find us, which was not true. I used welcome pickups back to the airport because I had already prepaid and that drive or was very good. What are you doing just listen"

"We had an amazing time. The apartment was spacious , enough for our family of 4. Beautiful, memorable view. Only downside was there was a washer but no dryer , we used the towel warmer in the bathroom to dry our clothes . We would have loved to be able to wash and dry our clothes because we packed light but in no way did this change our opinion of our stay. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The area had a lot of great places to eat and felt safe: Would stay again. "

"The check in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful. The building is typical for a European city. The room was small but comfortable for myself a solo traveller. Would not be suitable for anyone using walking aids etc as the bathroom and shower amenities are small which is acceptable in a building of its age. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Hairdryer, safe, hanging space, air conditioning, coffee & tea making facilities, toiletries available. The lift is very small, 1 person & 1 bag only The lack of space was made up by the view of the Eiffel Tower out of the window. At night it was amazing. Breakfast had something for everyone and was very nice. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc within walking distance and only 8 minute flat walk to the Eiffel Tower. This hotel is a little gem for a small Paris stay close to everything. The only warning is if you can’t lift your suitcases up 6 steps then level 4 is not suitable but it was worth it for the view of the tower out of the window. "
