"I love the excellent services provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very approachable and sincere, which made my stay super pleasant. I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel.
