    First visit to DC
    Very impressed with this property.

    Poor 2.0
Ridiculous Hold for incidentals still not cleared.
My stay was lovely until I came home. I was never informed of a hold placed on my debit card for incidentals, which was supposed to be under 200 dollars but turned out to be over 700 dollars that I now can't access to pay my bills a full 8 days later. I was told it would clear on Friday but it still hasnt.

Beautiful rooms. Close to Chinatown. We loved it.

Great location but with old heating/cooling system
Great location for our conference! The staff was excellent and very friendly. The size of the room was good, which included a nice kitchen and refrigerator. The one drawback was the heating / cooling system. The blower motor is extremely loud, which when it kicked on was very noticeable. The vent only blows into the living room area, which made it much colder than the bedroom area. We used more blankets in the living room area than in the bedroom area. We also had an end room that had two separate entry doors (you have to see it to believe it). Not certain the purpose of this, but it made for some interesting times (e.g., room service, hoping the guests in the other room didn't lock the outer door).

    Family sightseeing
Husband, 3 grandchildren, and I came to visit the Capital and the White House. We were able to walk to both of those and to the National Mall. We liked the breakfasts, especially the gluten free rolls! We liked that the key was also needed to go up to the rooms. The door into the bedroom opened too close to the bed and our dishwasher didn’t work, but we liked that we could cook in the room.
