Subpar services, amenities, security and comfort.
There were no amenities, the front desk staff wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, there was no safety to security at the hotel, and anyone can walk into the hotel and get access to any floor regardless if they were a guest or not. Requests to address noise complaints and requests to make up room and change sheets were ignored. Often, there was no available drinking water provided by the hotel.

Quick trip to DC for a ballgame.
We were in town for a National's game and stayed only one night. The proximity to the ballfield is wonderful and we really enjoyed walking by the river early in the morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely consider again for a trip to DC.
