Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill
Happy but cold
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, overall great place to stay. Only negatives were I was traveling with my elderly father who is always cold. We requested an extra blanket and it was as thin as a sheet and looked like it had been way in the back of a storage room somewhere. Also, when we untucked the bedding to double it over for him, there were small stains that looked like blood on the sheet where it was tucked in.

The location is great for attractions. The room was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and facing the street

Great location close to Union Station. Eating at the Hyatt is expensive and the service was just OK but the meal was good.

Disappointed in DC
For the weekend, the hotel put us in a small room with an adjoining suite. The suite had a family with multiple loud children! We moved on Monday to a room that was a bit bigger but the beds were terrible (old, hard and creeky). If it were not for location for my husband’s meeting Mon-Wed, I would recommend not staying again until updates/renovations are made.
