The staff was very friendly. The hotel isn't in good shape due to construction. It took half an hour to check us in because our room wasn't ready. Our toilet didn't flush, which I learned the hard way, and it was embarrassing to have 3 people come to the room to fix it. I stayed in the room for an hour while people came in and out, which wasted the small amount of time I was in Aquas Clients. The towels smelled like smoke, and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived. There was also someone else's toothpick next to my bed.
