"Nice hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, though not included. We paid Soles110. Jimmy was incredibly attentive and made sure ee knew we could get made to order eggs, waffles, etc. Our room was very nice. Large and comfortable. Only concerns were refrigerator not working. Replaced the second day, but that didn't keep the beer, wine and cheese we bought cold. Hitel stored some in a basement fridge, waitedquite a while to get my cold coke zero brought up in the morning. The rooftop pool area with bar was nice, heated pool but the jacuzzi jets didn't work. All staff were super pleasant. Nice bar in entry with live music Thursday night. Island music on rooftop Thursday night also, but started too late for our 430 am departure to airport.

"Great hotel!, modern, clean and well situated. Top restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Will return to same hotel on next trip. "
"The room was very clean. The staff specially the guys who open the doors are so friendly and attentive. Wi-Fi was okay i guess. I have an internet plan so it didn’t affect mee. "
"I had a very late check-in and later had to request a room change due to a strong unpleasant odor in the first room. We were moved to another room, which smelled better, but I found the bathtub revolting, with significant mold along the bath seal. The sink constantly flooded because of the old-fashioned double taps (one for hot, one for cold water). The bidet was broken and leaked water onto the floor.
The exterior of the hotel, particularly on the balcony side, looked very dirty. They should consider hiring professionals to clean the outside of the building periodically. The TV options in English were extremely limited or non-existent, which was very frustrating. The hotel provides one complimentary bottle of water per guest per day, but on a few occasions, we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but we were still denied water for those days. This forced us to buy water from a grocery store, which felt unnecessarily petty on the part of the reception staff.
Overall, the staff is very nice but the hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service that need attention."
