8/10 Very good

Great location, only a 30 min walk into town, great little hotel, we only saw 2 members of staff, but both were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We arrived early intending to drop off luggage but was told our room was ready and able to check in. The room was luxurious and cozy with luxe bedding and toiletries. The staff at breakfast were wonderful and very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic dust, and regret we could not spend more time here.

Firstly, a very warm welcome on arrival, we were made to feel at home. One of our party is in a wheelchair and a ground floor room was offered. Enormous rooms and all very clean with relaxing decor. Big TV on the wall and plenty of water in the fridge. We had a good nights sleep and we woke for a delicious breakfast which was above and beyond. All the staff throughout were very helpful. Car parking facilities are excellent and only a short trip into Bath. We will be back.

8/10 Very good

We stayed in a superior double room very large room and massive bathroom - no air con but there was a floor standing fan each side of the bed so nice touch - lovely breakfast room and good selection - the negatives no wardrobe just a small rail with a couple of hangers but ok if it’s just for 1 night - no laundry bag

We knew nothing about this hotel when we booked, other than it looked nice online and it was very close to a wedding we were attending. We honestly thought it was a fab little hotel. Immaculately clean, bright, a happy place. Our room was a really good size and very comfortable, everything we needed was to hand. Great shower. Really comfortable bed. And the breakfast was really excellent. Every staff member we met was delightful.

Great hotel, in a great condition and with a great location, short walk from cafes and shops. It has an amazing self-serviced bar, where guests can help themselves to drinks, and leave note with their room number to be charged. We didn't eat there so cant comment on the quality and taste of food. Plenty of parking outside, no AC in the hotel. Bit of a shame about the reception staff, which appeared to be quite moody..
