When I booked it was a Radisson Blu but it’s now called the Majestic Hotel, nobody had informed me, so there was a bit of confusion when the uber dropped me there. The hotel itself is excellent, great location, very nice rooms, good selection at breakfast and the air conditioning was a godsend on a very hot weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again next time I’m in Bristol.

The room was spotless, clean and spacious. Very disappointed that the fridge was removed Staff were superb. It’s a shame there are no plug sockets closer to the bed but that’s trivial. I would recommend to reserve parking under the hotel which is very secure as spaces are limited

Some items could do with some tlc, desk in room was very badly scratched and the bath/shower seal was a bit murky, also only 2 small milks in the tea tray seems very miserly, but was able to get more at reception easily enough.
