Hotel is in a very convenient location and offers both in-room, on site, and nearby breakfast and dining options. I stayed here in January and, while I was highly pleased with how quiet it was, I cannot speak to whether the same would be true when the event calendar at Wrigley Stadium is active. Would stay here again.
