Excellent value and service. Vladamir was super responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower. Room is small but there is a table and frig. We were two women and managed quite well in the space. The location can’t be beat. Everything is just outside the door.

Great place, great location
We had a stressful time when we arrived at the airport because it did not have open wifi and i had not yet purchased a Croatian sim card. However, Vladimir eventually found us and took us to his clean, comfortable apartments. He could not have been more helpful. We loved the location and loved wandering around Zadar. FYI, we later found out sim cards are available for purchase in the airport

Excellent host, Vlad goes the extra mile to help you in any of your needs. We arrived by bus and he picked us up at the station and showed us around. Perfect location, right in the heart in the Old Town!

Free parking is the free public parking which is not guaranteed and is so messy during the peak season. It took me 15 minutes to park out from the lot as people parked at every available free space including the drive ways.
