Apartment was really nice and clean. We did experience an issue with the Air Conditioning working which the property manager tried to help with but we weren't able to get it to work. Great position in the old town.

We loved our apartment in Old Town. Marin & Mario were very easy to communicate with through hotels.com app and whatsapp for check-in, food recomendations, & anything we might need. The apartment was gorgeous, larger than expected, with excellent air-conditioning & incredible lighting. The moss wall is back-lit, under the bed lights up, behind the mirrors, etc. Such good lighting! There was tea, coffee, a large bottle of water in the mini fridge, slippers, TV. Everything you could want, plus a map of Zadar. Location was excellent, many food choices nearby & great ice cream! The moss wall by the bathtub was so beautiful!

Fabulous, modern, well equipped apartment in an amazing location. Little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and an abundance of towels add to the feeling of being well looked after. We also used the airport transfer service which was fantastic. I can’t recommend highly enough. When we return to Zadar we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

OK
Check in a bit of a pain if you want a smooth check in. Had a WhatsApp message then told to message another number when we arrived at a point who would then show us to the apartment, we waited around 10 mins. Apartment was lovely inside, 3rd floor but no lift. No reception so self service. Unfortunately no hot water for us at all in the morning which put a huge dampener on the stay. Location is good however.
