Service and all about location

Location of the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The front desk person, Mr. Alberto offered great service to all of us and went above and beyond of helping us navigate Venice. The hotel is just perfect for our short trip to Venice.

More resembling a higher end 3* than a 4*. Had cheap feeling regards to paper cups rather than china, cheap plastic kettle and drink tray, barely any soundproofing, laminates telling of service and cheap hotel brand is EVERYWHERE. Wouldn’t return.
4*… would you leave this bed sheet with a hole right in the centre…
Even branded the emergency alarm so at your lowest point, you can be reminded of where you are suffering.

Amazing location, very close to the train station and a busy area with restaurants on the grand canal, yet tucked up a quiet street so you don’t have to deal with any noise. It was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great, although a bit expensive. A very comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcomed us with a warm smile. I wish it had been more soundproof – it wasn’t soundproof at all. You could hear people walking past, talking in other rooms, closing and opening doors, etc. Simply not soundproof at all. At a 4-star hotel, one expects not to be woken up by the slightest noise.
