The lodge was great, good beds, clean, and would definitely stay again. It was convenient to Maggie Valley, ,Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, and woth on driving distance to waterfalls and amzong hiking. Loved it
When we arrived the office was closed and they left our key out for us. When we entered the room the carpet had a huge wet area the next morning we told the office and the lady said they had a power outage the previous day and it may have came from the mini frig due to Covid she wanted to know if they could go in and check we gave permission but they never checked it or followed through by the 3rd day the smell was very bad The bathroom is very small and the bed was very uncomfortable
The hotel was clean with a great location on Jonathan Creek.
Loved the balconies and sitting areas overlooking the rushing creek. Very homey and comfy. Thanks for a great stay!
The room was very clean. They were very accommodating for our virtual conference. The only thing Imissed was the coffee pot . Love the creek.
Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly. Very well taken care of facility. Would recommend this to anyone.
Room was as advertised. Staff was hard to find. No breakfast and NOT EVEN any Coffee. Indoor pool and hot tub closed for the season. Should have coffe for $110/night....
Very homey, excellent service, will return again.
The service desk very polite she was in a hurry to check us in the room was nice took a shower the plumbing was so bad I called right away and told them she said they would take care of it and it was is bad next day we we’re out late so when we getting in bed I was that they didn’t change the sheets so I told the front desk and she said they a new person so I’m wondering my they don’t train these people and we won’t be staying there every
