My stay was very good. The staff was particularly friendly and responded quickly to requests. We changed rooms to get a balcony and that went smoothly. No one told us at check in about the peculiarities of the HVAC; consequently, our room became very hot during the night. I visited the desk to notify and the service team responded quickly and fixed the problem which was a problem for other rooms as well. The lobby is very attractive, as is the deck area. I was surprised that the employees were not informed about the history of the hotel name. Very vague when asked. Breakfast meal was excellent. The wine and snack cakes were a special treat.

Need improvements to (non balcony) rooms
My trip prior to last week was 3 years ago and this trip the tower was in need of several upgrades. I stayed in Room 539 ocean view and the one elevator was being repaired. the room was in need of paint and remodel the bathroom was too small and there was too much available space in the room. No enough outlets in the room not one by the desk so couldn’t plug in computer. Decor around property was beautiful and I enjoyed the outdoor pods.
