Murphy visit

We checked in and everything was ok that first night the housekeeping gentleman His name was Joe he was great! Sleeping was not so good the Sheets were wrinkled and I woke up with a rash. My roommate was also itching. When she woke up. I sent an email to Ivy the person who was texting me with information about the hotel she did not address the problem. I also told the front desk. They offered me new pillowcases. How does this help me? The towels were not changed that day and the garbage was not emptied unit we came back at night and called Ivy. We would have stayed. Longer, but we were very uncomfortable and very disappointed. We also had no luck with a handicap parking spot and had to walk from the back parking lot. It's a shame we would have enjoyed our stay if these things were addressed. The casino was very neat and clean we enjoyed gambling there.
