The lobby was spacious, articulate and clean. The room was not cleaned at all. water bottles were provided when requested. The chandelliers had bulbs flickering and they were replaced. Swimming pool was inoperational, which was disappointing. Breakfast was fine. Stale bread and scrambled eggs smelled weird. Wish we got value for money as there was a big crawling insect in the room. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket provided there.
